Vehicles Parked On Or Blocking Footpath

Daily problem at entrance of Jurong Point Temporary Car Park near Junction of Jalan Boon Lay and Boon Lay Way.

Vehicles always park on/blocking the footpath. The drivers also ignore the safety signs erected by me.
